Men's Conference

With a focus on discipleship, this year's conference will feature key speakers and workshop leaders guaranteed to challenge us. But don't forget about the Food, Fun, Free Time and Fellowship!

Main Speakers:

David Wilson -

Since 2010, David has served as the Nashville area director of Search, a national organization founded in 1977 committed to creating safe places where adults can ask the big questions about God and faith. David currently engages with men in weekly discussion groups and teaches an apologetics course in the summer at Ethos Church, where he is an elder.

Among his many accomplishments are Gold and Silver medals he earned while representing the United States in swimming at the 1984 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles. David has been married to Dru, his wife for 35 years, has three grown children and two grandchildren and lives in the Leipers Fork area of Franklin TN. He and Dru graduated from the 9-month Colson Fellows program for the Christian Worldview in April 2017. They both serve in the church and mentor young couples."

Dan Lang -

“Preach the Word and love the people” are the passions that have driven Dan Lang for thirty-five years as the Lead Minister of the ethnically diverse Western Hills Church of Christ in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a life-long follower of Jesus, he loves to make disciples who make disciples. Dan earned degrees from Lincoln Christian University and Cincinnati Christian University, where he served as an adjunct professor of preaching and public speaking.

Dan’s life and ministry are enriched by his lovely and gifted wife, Brenda. Their children Caleb and Abigail bring them great joy as they walk with the Lord. Abby and her husband Scott have delighted them with two grandsons!

Dan would love to hear your story and is always hoping pie is on the menu! Bring either or both!

Jeremy Willis -

Jeremy has served as the lead minister of Journey Church, a church plant in Shepherdsville Kentucky since 2010. In that time Journey has grown from a handful of attenders to over 800 in weekly attendance. Since then he has helped in planting other churches to reach local communities. He is an advocate for church planting and supporting the local church to invest and engage not only in their local congregation but the communities they find themselves in.

Jeremy holds degree from the University of Louisville (he is a huge UK fan), Louisville Bible College and Portland Seminary. He has two kids with Jami, his wife of 17 years. Hello Ladies!

Just fluttering by with some exciting news!  Our annual White Mills Ladies Retreat is just around the corner.  Butterflies - A New Creation is our theme.  Join us September 14-16 as speaker, Debbie Roth from Rosemount, Minnesota helps us delve into God’s word to discover just how much He loves us in spite of all our imperfections and can transform us into HIS new creation.

Debbie is a wife, mother, grandmother, singer, speaker, and a published author. In 2005 she began Rest In Him Ministry as a way to turn the miseries she had experienced in her life into a ministry of hope and restoration. We know you will enjoy hearing Debbie as she weaves Biblical teaching, personal testimony, encouragement, and the singing of hope-filled Chrsitian songs into her talks.

Speaking of new creations, this year we are trying something new. We've added an extra day! The retreat will begin on Thursday evening at 7pm.  Join us for a relaxed time of fellowship, games, and signing around the campfire followed by a full day of activities on Friday and ending on Saturday afternoon. So grab a friend, pack your bags, and prepare to be transformed!

See you soon!
- Lisa
